Terms and conditions of subscription
General
These conditions apply to agreements on the delivery of products and services, also referred to as goods or goods, to end customers in Norway.
Subscription
By becoming a customer of Fortuna Europe Ltd. you create an ongoing subscription, but the subscription is completely free of a commitment period and there is no mandatory agreement period.
If you do not, within 7 days before the next scheduled delivery, inform us that you want to stop the subscription, you will receive further shipments until you cancel the agreement yourself.
As mentioned, the subscription is ongoing, and you are free to make changes - such as postponing a shipment, pausing or ending the subscription.
Prices
Our prices are stated in Norwegian kroner. The price of the product may vary depending on the sales channel, distribution and special campaigns. The prices apply until they are changed. Notification of price changes is sent well in advance of the changes taking effect; no later than 1 month before the change. Value added tax and customs clearance fees from Posten may be added. The introductory offers cannot be exploited unfairly through frequent and repetitive new subscriptions / cancellations, as they are primarily aimed at new customers.
Max. 1 introductory offer per customer.
Postage and handling fees may be added to each shipment according to current rates, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent. When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the goods are dispatched. The payment deadline appears on the invoice.
Delivery
Your order will normally arrive in your mailbox within 10 days after we have received your order. You then receive new shipments according to the agreed delivery frequency. In the case of special offers, larger or multiple orders, it may happen that the item has to be picked up at the post office due to size and weight. In the event of a change of address, you undertake to update us on the new address.
Personal information
We process all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. We store and use this information in order to look after and manage the customer relationship, including informing about products, services and other benefits from Fortuna Europe Ltd. The customer agrees that Fortuna Europe Ltd. may use any form of communication with you, including letter, telephone, e-mail and SMS to inform about or market our product offer. If you want to revoke this consent, contact customer service.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you are protected by the Right of Cancellation Act, and have a 14-day unconditional right of cancellation from the day you receive the item on your first shipment. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase of an unopened product and return the item to us. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be delivered to us in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. In the event of a return, you are responsible for return costs.
Right of return for subscription items
There is only a right of return on the first delivery you receive. The next items are identical to the first item, and there is therefore no right of return on the shipments you receive after the first delivery. We must have information from you no later than 7 days before the next scheduled delivery (change deadline appears on the invoice) if we are to be able to stop the next delivery.
Subscription packages sent back will not be credited. If you want us to send it out again, you will be charged a fee of NOK 99. This is to cover our costs in connection with handling returns and postage/expedition when sending.
Complaint
Full right of complaint is granted according to applicable laws for all defects in the product.
Under any circumstances, the buyer is obliged to complain within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered. In the event of complaints, errors or deficiencies, you will be covered for any shipping costs. If you want to make use of the right of complaint or have questions about complaints, you must contact us at norge@fortunacig.com.
Reservations and limitations of liability
Fortuna Europe Ltd. reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to another party.
Fortuna Europe Ltd. reserves the right to stop operations, incorrect prices or delivery problems due to reservations beyond the company's control.
Fortuna Europe Ltd. further reserves the right to misprints, price errors, added value and other tax changes. Any offers are valid while stocks last.
Fortuna Europe Ltd. assumes no responsibility for incorrect use of the product.
